The Coinbase exchange reportedly went public on April 14, when it successfully listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange.

Nasir Jones has been one of the top song artists who has been investing in cryptocurrencies through Coinbase. Jones has reportedly made investments in cryptocurrencies through Queensbridge Venture Partners, which is his venture capital firm.

Jones had reportedly taken part in the Series B funding round that Coinbase had held back in 2013. The funding round was a success, bringing in around $25 million in the process of the exchange’s expansion.

During the Series B funding round, Jones went ahead and purchased a huge number of shares at Coinbase. According to reports, Jones had acquired shares between the figure of 99,000 and 496,000. At that time, the price of the shares was $1.00676 per share.
